This villa is a cozy beachfront home making it the ideal getaway for a family with young children. Located right on Laem Noi beach on the North coast of Koh Samui and close to the charming Bophut fishing village, it’s the perfect nook to spend your holiday. Designed as a vacation home within a private beachfront estate, this compact villa packs a punch with its combination of contemporary chic and traditional Thai influence.
Featuring two bedrooms plus one children’s bunk room and a mezzanine gallery spread across two storeys, the villa comes dressed in rich wooden furnishings, neutral tones, and black granite and stone-tiled ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and a Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. It also boasts a lush tropical garden complete with manicured lawn, 5m x 9.5m L-shaped pool, private outdoor Jacuzzi, timber wraparound sun deck with a swing day bed, and of course, immediate access to the beach.
We love the luminous lounge area/children’s room attached to the master bedroom, which offers a luxurious sense of space and allows ample natural light in thanks to its sliding glass doors and skylight roof. The open-plan dining area, fully equipped kitchen and another living room are located in a separate pavilion, directly facing the beach and sea beyond. And if the fancy takes you, you can even bond over a delightful meal under the stars.

- Pool: 5m x 9.5m x 2m L-shaped swimming pool and private outdoor Jacuzzi.
- Dining: Private chef (on request, advance booking is required and is subject to availability of chef) is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets).
- Living & Dining Areas: Living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning & ceiling fan; Living area that opens to the pool and lawn area with sun loungers; Kitchen; Indoor and outdoor dining areas for 6 persons each.
- Kitchen Appliances: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ, stove top.

- Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
