Horizon Villas Start The Building Of 37S – July 14, 2011

- The second floor brickwork is well under way.

- We have finished the gypsum celing in the ground floor and are now starting the installation on the first floor.
- The marble work in the bathrooms is under way.
- The wood work has started on the under side of the roof.

We have started the tiling and hope to have it finished within 2 weeks.

Villa Swimming Pools Built to Perfection | Horizon Homes Koh Samui – 2024-07-01
The pools at our Koh Samui villas are all built to the highest standards. Pools, as with everything we build, have to be perfect and adhere to the highest standards possible. So when the pool is built a laser is used (as with the all walls in our Koh Samui villas) to make sure every edge is level and straight. Tiles are our main pool material as it is far stronger and longer lasting than the other materials on the market. It also allows for more variety for our customers.
Rolling Out Sea View Villas on Koh Samui | Horizon Homes Koh Samui – 2024-07-01
Horizon Villas approaches the end of 2007 with our spirits high and are ready to put the wheels on the ground and start rolling out the Sea View Villas on Koh Samui for 2008. With full infrastructure to be completed by the end of May, Horizon Villas is emerging as the elite development Koh Samui. The sea view villas are taking on form with views from the pool that is unparallel to any other.
One Month Into The Koh Samui Villa Development | Horizon Homes Koh Samui – 2024-07-01
Horizon Villas is now a month into construction. And you can already see what fantastic view these Garden Villas will have. Profmil, Horizon Homes’ construction company, has informed us that by then end of October the Garden Villas will be in the final stages of completion.
Horizon Villas Infrastructure | Horizon Homes Koh Samui – 2024-07-01
Before the end of Jan 2009 the full infrastructure of the Horizon Villas Development shall be completed, this includes the road, drainage, government water supply and underground three phase electric. Being a government licensed developer Horizon Villas has adhered to very strict guidelines to ensure that the infrastructure is not only practical and functional but also ascetically pleasing as well. After all it is an integral aspect of our overall concept that our Villa owners and guests should feel at home as soon as they enter the Horizon Villa site.
Horizon Villas Infrastructure & Upcoming Facilities | Horizon Homes Koh Samui – 2024-07-01
The development has two water tanks, one at the bottom which serves as a reservoir in case of water shortage and one at the top which will pump out water to all properties within the development. Next to the bottom tank, is to be designed a clubhouse (with gym and restaurant) in the near future. Also planned is a tennis court

Roads
With roads now in place on Horizon Villas one can expect a smooth drive around the development. The roads are 8 meters wide with one meter of guttering on each side, which is wider than the main road that runs around Koh Samui. This obviously is one of the many high standards you will expect from Horizon Villas as they follow the government requirements under their government license.
Koh Samui Maintenance Company
Horizon Villas Maintenance Company is endeavoring to raise the standard of property management on Samui to a new level, with a mature and well experienced team that focuses on five-star customer care. The Manager Mr. Paul Carson feels it is essential that we listen to the owners needs and work towards higher standards and realizes how important it is to have a good relationship with the Villa owners.
Of course we all have the same goal to make Horizon the best on the Island and our reputation will bring more buyers and rentals, coupled with the fact that we have a community that cares and has a bright future to look forward to.
The planning and preparation that has gone into the development already stands Horizon in good stead with wider roads, drainage and lighted footpaths. The construction of onsite maintenance offices in 2010 will further enhance the service and as more villas are finished more professional staff will be on hand to meet all owners and holiday makers requests.
The friendly and efficient maintenance team have received many praises so far and seem to be part of the family for most owners.
The Office, Laundry and Storage area for Horizon Homes Maintenance Company has now been completed.
